OF.ME.R. Ltd. Was born in 1984 in Trezzo sull’Adda, a town located between Milan and Bergamo, specializing in the manufacture of machines to cut and bend concrete reinforcing steel rods, used in the building sector. Founded by competent and willing people, the Company has grown considerably over the years with one only purpose: offering to the Customer a complete range of high performance, practical and durable rebar processing units, ideal for the realization of any type of project. OF.ME.R. knows that on a construction site it’s essential to give continuity to the work, especially if there are deadlines to be met. For this reason, all suppliers are carefully selected and all components are checked scrupulously, both during the production cycle and in the finished machine. In 2008 OF.ME.R. Ltd. transferred the own activity in a recently constructed plant, located in the Industrial Zone of Trezzo sull’Adda. The production department covers a total area of 2000 square meters. Equipments and materials are arranged in “circular” way, realizing a proper assembly line and optimizing the preparation times: from the storage of the raw material to the mounting, from the painting to the installation of the electrical components, from the last tests before the delivery to the packing and shipment. Four bridge cranes permit to easily move the products from a manufacturing point to another. Thanks to the new CNC machines installed in our factory, we can internally fabricate the majority of tools and accessories, reducing the costs significantly and offering the possibility – if requested by the Customers – to make changes to standard models and realize products “ad hoc”, according to their specific needs. For the painting, executed in an advanced facility located inside the plant, are used exclusively water products, that prevent machines from rust and provide an excellent performance in full respect of the environment. The recent installation of vertical storages allows to always have available significant quantities of spare parts, even for models no longer in production, and offer an accurate and timely after-sales service.
