MAIN FEATURES AND MODELS:
Our cutting machines are made by combining cutting-edge construction technologies with accumulated experience over time.
- The machine body, produced in a monoblock of spheroidal cast iron, guarantees solidity and strength without the need for welding.
- Two reductions that minimize stress and ensure a longer lifespan for the blades and moving components, while also reducing overall noise.
- Simplified lubrication and screw adjustment that help improve the quality of work and the results obtained.
The series includes six models, designed to meet a wide range of work needs, and each machine comes with a one-year warranty on all mechanical components.

EQUIPMENT AND TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:
- Two special steel blades already mounted on the machine;
- Set of Allen keys, useful for ordinary maintenance;
- Set of wheels for moving the machine;
- Bar roller, which facilitates the movement of the rod towards the blade;
- Flying plug, which ensures electrical connection;
- Simplified lubrication, which allows easy greasing of the components that need it;
- Screw adjustment, which allows perfect alignment of one or more rods towards the blade
and obtaining perfectly perpendicular cuts.
Furthermore, available upon request when ordering, it is possible to equip all cutting machines with a base, an accessory that allows the cutting machine to be raised to work in an ergonomic position. The base also allows the application of the optional mechanical pedal, otherwise not applicable.
In the design and construction of each mechanical cutting machine for reinforcing rods, the criteria and measures suitable for meeting the essential safety requirements provided by the Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE have been adopted.
