Each component used in the production of combined machines is subjected to rigorous quality controls during the production process, ensuring maximum reliability and safety.

The TP series includes 3 models, designed to meet a wide range of work needs, and each machine comes with a two-year warranty on all mechanical components.

- Two special steel blades already mounted on the machine;
- Stopper, essential for fixing the rod on the work surface, which allows to release the stress exerted on the rod at the point before bending, thus avoiding possible deformations of the rod. Usable with diameters up to 20mm;
- Square pin, to be used together with the stopper, to counteract and nullify the effort exerted on the stopper by bending;
- Bending pin in special cemented and tempered steel, to be positioned on the rotating plate, for the production of stirrups, as it allows to obtain tight bending radii. To be used with bars up to Ø 12mm;
- Three bush holder pins in special cemented and tempered steel, to be positioned on the work surface and completed with bushes. They support, together with the bushes, the stress deriving from the bending phase;
- **Set of bushes, designed in detail for each of the bending machine models. The radius of the bush positioned in the central hole of the plate corresponds to the bending radius. For the use of bars from Ø 15mm onwards, it isimportant that the diameter of the bush is at least three times that of the bar to be bent. The bushes are also used as a spacer for the bending bush holder pin, in cases where the alignment of the bar is ineffective. The rod is thus blocked, but the rotation of the bush on the pin allows the rod to slide during bending, thus avoiding possible friction;**
- Two pins, to be positioned on the plate to determine the bending angle;
- Set of Allen keys, useful for ordinary maintenance;
- Electric pedal, to facilitate the operator allowing him to have free hands and therefore to work from all sides of the machine;
- Set of wheels for moving the machine;
- Flying plug, which ensures electrical connection;
- Two mushroom buttons, to stop the machine instantly in case of emergency. They are placed on two opposite sides of the machine;
- Long carriages, supplied with all bending machines with a maximum of 10 holes, essential if you want to perform double bending;

In the design and construction of each bending machine, the criteria and measures suitable for meeting the essential safety requirements provided by the Machinery Directive 2006/42/CE have been adopted.
