We offer our customers the Basic Angle Control, an electronic board capable of storing up to 6 bending angles in sequence with a simple operation. This board manages the operation of limit switches and records processing times.
All our rebar benders and combined machines allow the bending angle to be set using two pins inserted into the holes of the rotating plate: one at the zero point and the other to determine the angle’s amplitude. This operation is manual and requires changing the position of the second pin each time you want to change the angle. However, in the case of continuous and cyclic production of stirrups, this can slow down production times.
The Basic Angle Control can be mounted on all three-phase rebar benders and combined machines and is available as an optional accessory upon request at the time of order. This option offers the flexibility to work in both automatic mode, using the stored angles, and manual mode, using the pins. This versatility allows the operator to adapt the use based on needs and the type of work.
We recommend the Basic Angle Control for small construction sites that produce stirrups sporadically.
The control panel is also available in a version with two selectable speeds.
