The production of stirrups for reinforced concrete has always required great precision in the angles’ amplitudes, bending radii, and the lengths of the various sides. This necessity led to the development of stirrup benders, machines specifically designed for this cyclical work, also aimed at optimizing production times.

In construction sites where the production of stirrups is sporadic, there arose a need for an accessory capable of ensuring the same precision. To meet this need, Ofmer offers the Unique as an optional tool: a special instrument that allows the complete production of multiple stirrups simultaneously (up to Ø14mm), guaranteeing the same precision as a dedicated stirrup bender.

Key Features of the Unique:

  • Complete Tool set: The Unique consists of a stirrup bending tool and a rod equipped with paddles. It attaches to the machine’s carriages with a special pin and to the central hole of the plate with the stirrup bending pin (both pins are supplied with the accessory).
  • Precise Bending: The stirrup bending tool ensures the bars are securely held in the bending area, while the paddles mounted on the rod allow precise determination of each side’s lengths from the bending point, which is the stirrup bending pin.
  • Optimized for Radius: This special pin, specifically designed for this type of work, enables the creation of stirrups with an 11 mm bending radius.

The Unique accessory is an indispensable addition for sites that need to produce stirrups with high precision but do not require a full-time stirrup bending machine. Its design ensures efficiency and accuracy, maintaining the quality of production in every use.
