The Angle Control Electrical Panel is definitely one of the accessories that reflects this continuous commitment. Constructed with advanced techniques and circuits, as well as in compliance with the safety rules for the operator, this panel allows the storage of a maximum of 20 bending angles in free sequence and ensure the maximum precision thanks to an optical sensor able to stop the machine when the stored amplitude is reached.
The Angle Control panel, accessory to be requested in phase of order, can be mounted on all the three-phase Bending and Combined machines. It also permits the manual mode, activable through the practical selector.
Thanks to its optical sensor, this optional is able to guarantee the same precise angle amplitude whatever diameter is used (within the limits imposed by the machine) without the necessity to interrupt the operation to reprogram it.
This fact, combined with the high number of programmable bending angles make this accessory, together with the Unique 2 in 1, an essential tool for the cyclical stirrups production.
