For the models of Standard Cutting Machines C42 – C52 – C55, as optional to be requested in phase of order, it is available the special Screw Locator for the fixing of the bar in the zone of cut.
Adjustable according to the diameter and quantity of bars to be cut, it permits the perfect alignment of the rebars toward the blade and allows a precise perpendicular cut.
The normal locator supplied as standard equipment with each Standard Cutting Machine consists in an octagonal iron body, with eight supporting positions. This means that the bar is blocked, but depending on the diameter and quantity to be cut, it could results instable and the cut may not be exactly perpendicular.
The special Screw Locator instead, as suggested by its name, is composed by a sturdy iron screw, with a support surface in hardened steel, that guarantees solidity and durability. This piece is inserted into a housing welded on the cutting area. Screwing the vine against the bar to be cut, whatever the diameter and quantity of bars, it will stable block the bar, allowing the operator to perfectly obtain perpendicular cuts.
